Ordering & delivery

All purchases are handcrafted to order. We typically need 3-4 weeks to make your pair of paidals. In the world of fast fashion and instant deliveries, we know that feels long. But we promise to make it worth your wait.

We deliver globally. The prices on our website include shipping and all duties and taxes. After we ship your order, shipments take 3-4 days for locations in India and 5-7 days for international locations.

Returns & exchanges

We have high control on the quality of each pair since every pair is handmade. In the rare case that your pair is damaged, please write to us at customercare@paidalbarefoot.com and send us photos showing the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. If it is our fault, we will take the product back and send you a new one free of charge. At this stage we do not offer refunds.

We do not offer exchanges for size since we hand make each pair to order. We recommend that you carefully follow the size guide before ordering. If you have any doubts, please feel free to reach out to us at customercare@paidalbarefoot.com before placing your order.
