This waxed pull-up leather is available in paidal’s single-strap mary jane, cross-strap mary jane and classic loafer. Espresso is a goat waxed pull-up leather in a cool and very dark, almost black brown. It has a light wax coating that gives it a subtle barely-there shine and a pull-up texture which stretches to reveal light undertones.
All custom paidal’s come with our signature & soft LWG certified sheep skin lining. The upper and lining are hand-stitched together in sacchetto construction making the entire shoe soft and breathable.
For the first time ever, barefoot philosophy in sacchetto construction. Sacchetto is a traditional shoe construction technique where the upper and lining are hand-stitched together to form a little bag or sack. A sacchetto shoe is soft & flexible and has that “worn-in” feeling from the first wear.
